Refund Policy

We want subscribing to Menoodo to feel safe. This policy explains the free trial, when refunds are available and how to cancel. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle.
30-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you will never be charged.
14-day refund window
If Menoodo is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of a charge — your first payment or a renewal — and we will refund it in full. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights, such as those in the EU, the UK and under the Brazilian Consumer Code, remain unaffected.
How to request a refund
Ask Paddle directly at paddle.net (choose “Request a refund”), or write to hello@menoodo.com from your account email and we will arrange it with Paddle. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription in your dashboard, which opens Paddle's self-service portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep access until then, and your menus and content are never deleted because a subscription ended.
