These terms are a contract between you and Mango Labs LTDA, the company behind Menoodo. They govern your use of Menoodo — the dashboard, the public menus it publishes and every related service. Please read them together with our Privacy Notice and our Refund Policy.
Who we are
Menoodo is operated by Mango Labs LTDA (“Mango Labs”, “we”), a company established in Brazil. When you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, you are contracting with Mango Labs. You can reach us at hello@menoodo.com.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Menoodo you agree to these terms. If you use Menoodo on behalf of a restaurant or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and that you are of legal age. Keep your credentials confidential — activity under your account is your responsibility — and keep your account information accurate.
The service
Menoodo is a software service for building and publishing digital restaurant menus: a product catalog, a public mobile menu with QR codes, themes, guest reviews and menu analytics. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Plans, billing and Paddle
Menoodo offers a free plan and paid subscriptions; what each plan includes is described on our pricing page. Purchases are processed by our payment partner Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record — the reseller you buy from. Payment, billing, renewal, taxes and invoicing are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and a free trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your content — features beyond your plan's limits simply stop being available.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing page, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Our Refund Policy (menoodo.com/refunds) explains the 14-day refund window and how to request a refund through Paddle.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Menoodo. That includes: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; publishing content that infringes someone else's rights; and interfering with security — distributing malware, probing, scraping or attempting to bypass technical limits. You are responsible for the menus, images and other content you publish, and must hold the rights to publish it.
Your content and our software
Your menus, photos and other content remain yours. You grant Mango Labs a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service. Menoodo itself — the software, design, documentation and brand — remains the property of Mango Labs; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan, and you may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When an account is terminated its public menus stop being served, and personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menoodo is provided without implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mango Labs' seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and venues that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. If a change is material we will give you notice — in the dashboard or by email — before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Language
These terms are drafted in English; translations are provided for convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
