A menu for hotels and beach venues that changes with the hour
Breakfast until eleven, the pool bar all afternoon, cocktails at sunset — set the hours once and the menu shows guests what is being served right now, in their language. Try the demo below.
How it works
- 1
Set the hours for each dish
Give breakfast dishes a morning window and cocktails an evening one, in your venue's own time zone. Dishes with no window are always on.
- 2
Enable your guests' languages
Turn on the languages your guests read, let AI draft the translations and approve them. Guests switch language on the menu itself.
- 3
One code per outlet
The restaurant, the pool bar and the beach kiosk each get their own menu, theme and QR code — all from one account.
Questions hotels and beach venues ask
- Can I show some dishes only at breakfast?
- Yes. Availability windows are set per dish: days of the week plus a start and end time. Outside those hours the dish leaves the menu and comes back on its own. Windows are part of the paid plans.
- Can I run the restaurant, the pool bar and the kiosk from one account?
- Yes. Each venue is its own restaurant in Menoodo, with its own menu, theme and QR code. The free plan includes one venue; the paid plans add more.
- What about the months we're closed, or the winter menu?
- Archive the dishes you're not serving and they disappear from the menu, ready to bring back — nothing is deleted. You can also mark a dish sold out for the day and it stays visible, labelled honestly.
- How many languages can guests choose from?
- One on the free plan, more on the paid plans, with no limit on Max. Every language sits behind the same QR code, and any dish not yet translated shows in your default language.
