Questions about pricing
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Hobby is free for as long as you like: one restaurant, one language, 30 products, the QR code designer and 7 days of analytics. It carries a small Menoodo banner on the menu.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
- Can I get a refund?
- If Menoodo isn't what you expected, ask within 14 days of a charge — your first payment or a renewal — and we refund it in full. Read the refund policy
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Billing in your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
- What happens to my menu if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Products over the new limit keep showing, extra languages stay enabled and a custom theme keeps rendering — the limits only apply to what you add next.
- Which currency will I pay in?
- Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where available, tax included. Purchases are handled by Paddle, our payment partner and merchant of record, which also issues the invoices.
